The Benghazi Gate Conspiracy

Opinion 2.0
26 days until the biggest election in our life times. Today, October 10, 2012, the   investigation continues on the Libya consulate terrorist attack. In a nutshell, State department officials were grilled by a Congressional panel. The officials seemed to be a bit outmatched, timid and confused by the questioning. The point I find the most disturbing is that the Obama administration and related departments attempted to deceive the American people and the world with a ridiculous story that the terrorist attack was perpetuated by a stupid, childish and anti-Islam video. Everyone I spoke with said it was a terrorist attack. Jay "Baghdad Bob" Carney (Obama's press stooge) said under the circumstances, this was an anti Islam/slander video protest. Ambassador to the UN, Susan Rice, appeared on five Sunday morning talk shows and proclaimed the misleading and untrue narrative about the anti-Islam video. The Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton also made the same claims. Now, her legacy and reputation could be tarnished, if not ruined. On the David Letterman show, Obama kept up the same lies knowing that it was terrorist attack. Why? Because he desperately wants a second term. Remember, Obama is a narcissist who would step on anyone and throw everyone under the bus. Think about Ambassador Stevens and the three brave Americans who died in that attack. I realize they are just "bumps in the road," however, to most Americans, they are heroes that were neglected and betrayed by our government.
As I said in the beginning, 26 days, 26 days... the Obama administration is in panic mode because Romney has pulled ahead of the anointed one. Even in swing states and with independents and women. Remember women, "Vote like your body parts depend on it." I believe the women will vote with their most important body part, their brains. That was a huge blunder by the Obamatuer campaign. Talk about insulting to women? OMG! Can you imagine if the Romney administration did that? It would be on the front page, above the fold for 3 days, minimum. Forget about the main stream media, they are complicit in the cover-up(s). Yes, there are more than one cover-up. Lets not forget about Fast and Furious where an Brian Terry and hundreds of Mexicans died because of these illegal weapons supplied to drug cartels by the American government. And now, BenghaziGate. I am not making light of this tragedy, However, the inexperience, negligence, conspiracy, outright deception and lying to the American people is despicable. I hope this seriously hampers the re-election for Obama. He doesn't deserve a second term. He has totally failed as President. Tomorrow night, Paul Ryan will destroy Joe Biden in the Vice Presidential debate. I hope this will propel Romney/Ryan even higher in the polls.

I pray for the families of Chris Stevens, Glen Doherty, Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods. They will be remembered by patriotic Americans. Rest in Peace and thank you.

Obama administration and Libya:

An Incriminating Timeline: Obama Administration and Libya

The latest incriminating information on the U.S. consulate attack in Benghazi, Libya indicates that the State Department turned down a request for additional security from concerned U.S. embassy staff.

New evidence shows there were security threats in Libya in the months prior to the deadly September 11 attack that killed U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans. Despite these threats, the State Department left its personnel there to fend for themselves.
And when the terrorist attack did take place, the Obama Administration peddled the ridiculous story that an offensive, amateurish, anti-Islam YouTube video was to blame in order to avoid characterizing the murders of four Americans as terrorism.
On October 2, a letter was sent to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton from House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa (R–CA) and Jason Chaffetz (R–UT), Chairman of the National Security, Homeland Defense and Foreign Operations Subcommittee. The letter detailed 13 known security threats against U.S. facilities in Libya in the six months prior to September 11.
On October 10, the committee will hold a hearing on events in Libya and seek answers from the State Department. Also on October 10, The Heritage Foundation will host a public panel discussion on the events in Libya titled, “Intelligence and Security Failure: Attacks in Benghazi and Across the Middle East Reveal Ongoing Threat of Terrorism.”
To help our readers follow the path to tragedy on September 11 and its aftermath, below is a chronology of key events:
April 6: IED thrown over the fence of the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi.
April 11: Gun battle erupts between armed groups two-and-a-half miles from the U.S. Consulate, including rocket-propelled grenades.
April 27: Two South African contractors are kidnapped by armed men, released unharmed.
May 1: Deputy Commander of U.S. Embassy Tripoli’s Local Guard Force is carjacked, beaten, and detained by armed youth.
May 1: British Embassy in Tripoli is attacked by a violent mob and set on fire. Other NATO embassies attacked as well.
May 3: The State Department declines a request from personnel concerned about security at the U.S. Embassy in Libya for a DC-3 plane to take them around the country.
May 22: Two rocket-propelled grenades are fired at the Benghazi office of the International Committee of the Red Cross, less than 1 mile from the U.S. Consulate.
June 6: A large IED destroys part of the security perimeter of the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi. Creates hole “big enough for 40 men to go through.”
June 10: A car carrying the British ambassador is attacked in Tripoli. Two bodyguards injured.
Late June: The building of the International Red Cross attacked again and closed down, leaving the U.S. flag as the only international one still flying in Benghazi, an obvious target.
August 6: Armed assailants carjack a vehicle with diplomatic plates operated by U.S. personnel.
September 8: A local security officer in Benghazi warns American officials about deteriorating security.
September 11: Protesters attack the U.S. Cairo embassy. U.S. Embassy releases statement and tweets sympathizing with Muslim protesters/attackers.
September 11: U.S. Consulate in BenghaziLibya is attacked, Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans are killed.
September 12: Secretary Clinton and President Obama issue statements condemning both the video and the attacks.
September 12: U.S. intelligence agencies have enough evidence to conclude a terrorist attackwas involved.
September 13: Press Secretary Jay Carney condemns video and violence at a news conference.
September 14: Carney denies Administration had “actionable intelligence indicating that an attack on the U.S. mission in Benghazi was planned or imminent.”
September 14: The bodies of slain Americans return to Andrews Air Force Base. President Obama again blames the YouTube video.
September 16: U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice appears on Sunday talk shows and says the attacks were provoked by the video, exclusively.
September 16: Libyan President Mohamed Magarief says, “no doubt that this [attack] was preplanned, predetermined.”
September 17: State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland refuses to call attacks an act of terror.
September 19: CNN reports having found Ambassador Stevens’s diary, which indicates concern about security threats in Benghazi.
September 19: Director of the National Counterterrorism Center Matthew Olsen tells Congressthe attack in Libya was “terrorism.”
September 20: Carney tries to back up Olsen, says it was “self-evident that what happened in Benghazi was a terrorist attack.”
September 20: Obama refuses to call attack terrorism, citing insufficient information.
September 21: Secretary of State Clinton, at meeting with Pakistani Foreign Minister, says, “What happened in Benghazi was a terrorist attack.”
September 25: On ABC’s “The View,” Obama says, “we don’t have all of the information yet so we are still gathering.”
September 25: To the U.N. assembly, Obama blames “A crude and disgusting video sparked outrage throughout the Muslim world.”
September 26: Libya’s Magarief on the “Today” show says, “It was a preplanned act of terrorism directed against American citizens.”
September 26: Published reports show U.S. Intel agencies and the Obama Administration knew within 24 hours that al-Qaeda affiliated terrorist were involved.
September 27: Innocence of Muslims filmmaker Mark Basseley Youseff (aka Nakoula Basseley Nakoula) is arrested and denied bail on the charges of “probation violation.”
September 28: Director of National Intelligence James R. Clapper, Jr., issues a statement backing the Obama Administration’s changing story about the Libyan attack. Says facts are evolving.
October 2: Carney declines to comment on reported requests from diplomats in Libya for additional security, citing the State Department’s internal investigation.

‘ARE YOU GONNA DO WHAT I THINK YOU’RE GONNA DO?’: LATEST O’KEEFE VIDEO PURPORTEDLY SHOWS DNC STAFFER HELPING WOMAN VOTE TWICE

Project Veritas Obama voter
Editor’s note: See updates below.
A new undercover video from conservative activist James O‘Keefe’s Project Veritas purports to show a staffer for the grassroots Obama effort Organizing for America helping facilitate voter fraud.
In the video, an O’Keefe operative tells a woman identified as Stephanie Caballero, regional field director at OFA Houston, that she has a Florida voter registration card and intends to vote both there and in Texas. While Caballero doesn’t explicitly encourage her to vote twice, she doesn’t discourage her from doing so during their laughter-filled conversations.
“[It] really concerns me that if we don‘t do everything we can we’re not going to win this election,” the videographer tells Caballero after a cut in the video, who according to Project Veritas is a “salaried employee” of the Democratic National Committee.
“So you mean that — OK, so you have to make sure because after 60 days you can send in your application to vote by mail ballot,” Caballero says. “So I can print that out for you. On Wednesday I’ll print it out and you just have to mail it back in or fax.”
“Or fax it back in so that I can do — ” the videographer says.
“So they’ll send you a mail ballot,” Caballero replies.
There’s another cut in the video, after which the videographer asks, “And so, and there’s no way that they would be able to cross-reference the ballots?”

“If you voted twice?” Caballero asks. “I don’t know this. That’s not my expertise. I would just do Florida because in Texas it really doesn’t [count].”
After the video cuts again, the videographer says, “And let me know about that. I mean, I don’t want to do anything wrong. But if no one’s going to know, like…”
“I’ll definitely look into it. I don’t want you to get in trouble at all,” Caballero says.
“Yeah I don’t want to get in trouble but like I said, if no one‘s gonna know I don’t have a problem with it,” she says as Caballero starts to laugh.
“Oh my God this is so funny! It’s cool though,” Caballero says.
According to Project Veritas, the video then picks up “a few weeks later” when the videographer returns to the Organizing for America office and receives a Florida absentee ballot application.
“I was gonna see as far as all the registering for Florida, where do I get the forms to do that? Or not registering but voting in Florida for the absentee,” the videographer asks.
“So what you‘ll have to do is you’re gonna call in to Florida and call,” Caballero says. “Are you gonna do what I think you’re gonna do?”
“Well I mean if no one’s gonna know,” the videographer says as Caballero laughs and declares, “You’re so hilarious.”
After a cut in the video, Caballero says, “OK, I’m just going to print this out for you.”
There’s another cut, then the videographer says, “Yeah, because I have several friends who, who‘ve done that and they said that it’s no problem.”
After another cut, Caballero seems to be advising the videographer what to do if she gets caught.
“Come up with, like, if anyone checks say, ‘I don’t know,’” she said as the two laugh.
“Well just because I mean, it’s, I don’t know — it’s so important, everything we’re doing here is so important,” the videographer says as Caballero agrees.
She adds, “That there’s absolutely no way, um, if I have an opportunity to make my voice heard, I’m gonna make my vote twice. I’m gonna make it heard twice.”
After another cut, Caballero retrieves the Florida ballot application for the videographer, who says she’ll figure out how to fill it out.
The video then switches to scenes of another O’Keefe operative interacting with Obama campaign workers in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. He tells them he intends to vote twice while they simply laugh, suggesting additional footage could be on its way.
In a statement, O’Keefe said, “[N]o matter how many times we’ve proven the danger [of election fraud], our concerns have been dismissed by the media while efforts to correct the problem at the state level have been actively blocked by the Obama administration. Now we know why.”
Caballero did not return a request for comment from TheBlaze.
Project Veritas has not posted the full, unedited footage of its time at the Organizing for America office.
It should be noted that TheBlaze has been critical of O‘Keefe’s undercover tactics in the past.
Update: Project Veritas has posted an additional video appearing to show more OFA staffers not discouraging double voting.
Update II: House Judiciary Committee Chairman Lamar Smith (R-Texas) told the Daily Caller it was “an outrage that Obama campaign staffers appear to be encouraging voters to engage in voter fraud” and called for them to be fired.
“Contrary to the statements of the Obama campaign staffer, voter fraud is neither ‘cool’ nor ‘hilarious,’” Smith said. “It is a very serious crime that undermines the integrity of our electoral process and threatens the future of our democracy. Obama campaign staffers who encouraged voters to violate the law and cast fraudulent ballots should be fired.”
There isn't any voter fraud? Right?

Obamagasm to Obamaspasm in 90 minutes!

Opinion 2.0
Last night, my Wife and I sat down to watch the Presidential debate. We sat in amazement watching Romney dominate Obama. Is it just me? Or did Obama look like he would rather be anywhere than the debate. Lackluster, unprepared,
defensive and un-Presidential. On the other hand, Romney showed command of the topics, extremely prepared, confident, compassionate and ready for anything Obama threw at him. The moderator, Jim Lehrer did his best. However, he was outclassed by Romney and Obama. Let's face it, Obama cannot defend a dismal economy, 23 million unemployed, 43 months of unemployment over 8%, 47 million on food stamps, 2 credit downgrades, complete foreign policy failure, divisiveness and smug, narcissistic, arrogant attitude that is not willing to work with the other side. That would a miracle to talk your way out of this debacle. Ironically, all of the main stream media and Obama's minions are spinning this just like I thought they would. I thought they would have to call 911 for the pundits of MSNBC. "Special Ed" Schultz, Chris "thrill up my leg" Matthews, Rachel Maddow and others were beside themselves. CNN, ABC, CBS declared Romney the winner. Romney called Obama a liar without calling him a liar with the 5 Sons statement. Romney rebutted every point Obama made. Obama hardly rebutted Romney. How could he? The facts are the facts.

Romney/Obama debate:
<iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/dkrwUU_YApE" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

I must admit, I have been a little down in respect to the way Romney/Ryan have been running their campaign. After last night, I feel invigorated and ready to fight the good fight for the next 33 days. I happily await the Paul Ryan/Joe Biden Vice Presidential debate. Ryan will eviscerate Biden. Ryan is a numbers man. Biden is a fool. I am popping popcorn and buying Coronas for that debate, not to mention, recording that program so I can watch it when I need a lift and/or laugh.
After the Presidential debate, I watched the liberal news programs to see how they spin the debate. Chris Matthews almost cried. The main street media has created a Deity Presidential figure. Obamatuer was never vetted. After Obama was elected, in an interview, Tom Brokaw had the nerve to say that we don't know anything about Obama. Their job is to vet and find out everything about a potential Presidential candidate. They investigated George W. Bush's military experience in the Air National Guard 10 times. They had 24 thousand emails from Sarah Palin. But, they didn't know anything about the anointed one. If you read any of Obama's books, you could decipher a lot about the man and his ideology. I've posted before, Obama is an anti-Colonialist, just like his Father and Grandfather. He blames America for the plight of the rest of the world. His mentors are communists (Frank Marshall Davis), Domestic terrorists (Bill Ayers, Bernadean Dorn), Racists (Reverend Wrong Wright) and Father Flagler, anti Semites (Kahlid Rashidi) and last but not least, Criminal Tony Rezko who sold Obama an expensive house in Chicago really cheap. With friends like this, Obama should be serving time. But that is the Chicago way. The next 33 days will be war. The liberals will do anything and everything to tarnish and belittle Romney and Ryan. I assume they will go after his Mormon religion, Bain Capital, Income, he beats puppies and smacks old ladies!
We must be steadfast and handle the onslaught of character assassinations. I read there are 42 million Tea Party members ready to vote for Romney. I hope the Ron Paul people will come to their senses and put their support on Romney.  Please get involved. I realize we get caught up in our lives, however, we must save our country not so much for us, but for our kids and grand kids. Vote and get 5 neighbors to vote. We can persevere!

Liberal Laughs:

Biden: You’re darned right Obama and I want to raise a trillion dollars in new taxes

POSTED AT 5:21 PM ON OCTOBER 4, 2012 BY ALLAHPUNDIT

Via BuzzFeed, reminds of the end of “A Few Good Men,” i.e. a ruinous admission against interest made in a fit of bravado by one of America’s sexiest grandpas. Who ordered the code red on the economy? Obama did, baby. And damned proud of it. See now why Romney’s taken to selling “Honest Joe” t-shirts in his campaign store?
This comes less than a day after The Hill published a piece titled, ominously, “Obama lets Biden talk off-script.” If you want to know what that means in practice, here you go:
One of his interactions, which was particularly priceless, occurred as Mr. Biden stopped at a food counter and poured himself a cup of vegetable beef soup while lamenting that he had to take it to go in order not to be late for the rally.
“They’re hard on me, man,” Mr. Biden said to his fellow shoppers. “This vice president stuff is tough.”…
Mr. Biden also chatted with a woman named Karen Foley, who told the reporter in attendance he jokingly introduced himself as “Joe Finnegan” because she had an Irish last name. When Ms. Foley responded that she was aware of who Mr. Biden really was, she said he responded with a compliment.
“You’re very pretty,” he said.
This is the guy they’re banking on for a debate rebound next week. Against Paul Ryan.
Exit question: Which angle does the GOP take in attacking Obama over this clip? Presumably it’ll be the usual pushback on taxing job creators, which is an especially bad idea when the economy’s still straining to cope with Obamanomics, but I hope someone gently reminds the middle class that even a trillion dollars in new taxes on the rich won’t get us out from under the debt load of Great Society II. If you want Obama-style spending and entitlements, you — Joe Sixpack — had better be prepared to start kicking in a bunch more. I’m hoping Ryan brings this up next week, but given the fears of Mediscaring down the stretch, he might be under orders to tread lightly.
Former Medicare Chief: Wealth Redistribution a ‘Fact About Proper Health Care’
Donald Berwick
Dr. Donald Berwick. (AP Photo/Goodman Media International, Inc.)
(CNSNews.com) – Former Medicare Chief Don Berwick defended his past statements that government run health care must redistribute wealth, calling redistribution a “fact about proper health care.”
Berwick, who appeared at a Politico“Pro Health Care” luncheon at the Newseum in Washington, D.C., on Thursday, told CNSNews.com that the Affordable Care Act, a.k.a. Obamacare, is an “amazing and important step” for the country.
CNSNews.com asked Berwick, a proponent of the government-run National Health Service in England, if the health reform passed in this country aligns with his views.
“You have said that any health care system that is civilized and humane must redistribute wealth and also that rationing would have to be involved,” CNSNews.com asked.  “Do you believe that the Affordable Care Act does those two things?”
“Well, I never said rationing should be involved, and it shouldn’t be,” the former administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services said.  “I’m against rationing.  I abhor it.  I think we have plenty of resources in American health care to give all the care that people want and need. We just have to configure that care properly.”
“So, we don’t have to deny people any care at all,” he said.  “And the people that say that about my position haven’t asked me that, it’s not true.”
“With respect to … redistribution, yeah, this is a fact and there’s a relationship between poverty or income and health,” Berwick said.
“So, if you’re going to have a health care system that actually makes sure that everybody can get health care, there’ll naturally be support to people of low-income because they’re the people with more illness,” he said.   “That’s the redistributional quality of it.”
“It just, it’s not a political position,” he added.  “It’s a fact about proper health care.”
CNSNews.com then asked, “And that’s what the Affordable Care Act, does it do an adequate job of that?”
Berwick said, “The Affordable Care Act is a great step in America towards making health care a human right in our country where if you’re an American you can get health care, which isn’t true now, lots of people are left out of the system, people have to worry they’re going to lose their insurance if they get sick, or if they have a preexisting condition, they can’t find insurance.”

“The Affordable Care Act overcomes that -- it says, ‘No, if you’re an American you can have health care.  We’ll find one way or another,’ in partnership with the private sector to make sure that you get the health care that you need,” he said.
“That’s a very important step,” said Berwick.
CNSNews.com then asked Berwick to clarify his past statement that, “The decision is not whether or not we will ration care — the decision is whether we will ration with our eyes open.”
“That’s a mis -- that’s extracted from a longer statement,” he said.  “What I was talking about was insurance companies right now decide what benefits you get or not.  They say, ‘Well that’s covered, that’s not covered.’  And then they do it in secret.”
“Nobody’s accountable,” Berwick said.  “Nobody says, ‘Well, how did you decide that?  How did you decide I can’t have that test?’  That’s rationing.”
“And I said, look, we have a choice America,” he said.  “We can let them do that in secret or we can require them with transparency to tell us what they’re doing.  That’s a comment about accountability with these back rooms where decisions are being made about what people will and will not get.”
Berwick continued: “My own daughter needed a test a number of years ago -- I’m a doctor, a pediatrician -- and the insurance company said, ‘Oh no, we don’t cover that test.’  And I said, ‘You don’t cover that test?  She needs it, what are you talking about?  Who made that decision?’  And that’s what I was talking about there.”
“We’re either going to turn the lights on on that or not,” he said.  “I think that decision should be accountable and I think that people should get the health care that they want.”
In an interview with Biotechnology Healthcare in 2009, Berwick was asked about critics of the Department of Health and Human Services’s Comparative Effectiveness Research (CER) program, which makes recommendations for treatments, who say it will lead to healthcare rationing.
“We can make a sensible social decision and say, ‘Well, at this point, to have access to a particular additional benefit [new drug or medical intervention] is so expensive that our taxpayers have better use for those funds,’” Berwick said.  “We make those decisions all the time. The decision is not whether or not we will ration care — the decision is whether we will ration with our eyes open. And right now, we are doing it blindly.”
In a speech in England celebrating its government-run National Health Service in 2008, Berwick said:  “Any health care funding plan that is just, equitable, civilized and humane must – must -- redistribute wealth from the richer among us to the poorer and the less fortunate. Excellent health care is by definition redistributional. Britain, you chose well.”
Thursday’s event in Washington, D.C. took place one day after the first presidential debate between President Obama and his challenger Mitt Romney, of which Berwick said the president “did a great job” defending his health care law.
“I think he did a great job,” said Berwick.  “And I think that the good thing is Obamacare is, it’s an amazing and important new step for America. So, he’s got a lot of opportunity here to explain to Americans why this law is so good for them.  It makes care more available to all of us who really need it, and it makes care better.”
“There’s tremendous amount of Obamacare that’s an investment in making the quality of health care better,” Berwick added.  “So, I think he did a fine job.”
*Daniel Berwick is a major liberal/socialist. He believes in Redistribution and Government healthcare.
